Heavy Duty Industrial Cleaners

Industrial cleaning or maintenance jobs require the most powerful solutions.  The ideal heavy duty cleaner adds a measure of versatility and efficiency to this equation, from products designed for cleaning after construction which leave a protective rust inhibitor, to our aerosol solvent degreaser, which can be applied to machinery while its still running, thus saving valuable downtime.

Concrete Remover:  Commonly used in new construction clean up to remove excess mortar, cement, concrete and various stains associated with brick, stone and masonry cleaning.  Concentrated acid formulation allows for considerable dilution, producing savings of time, labor and money in construction clean up.   Contains chemical inhibitors to prevent the formation of rust.

Chemox:  A powerful, acid washing compound that breaks up and dissolves lime deposits, scale, rust and algae stains, mineral sediments and scum which accumulate in swimming pools, on boat hulls, water meters, sewage aeration tanks and other surfaces in constant contact with water.  An outstanding rust remover.   Features superior cleaning properties compared to other pool cleaners.  Scum, algae and lime scale build-up on the sides of swimming pools can be cleaned with Chemox even when the pool is full, as application will not unbalance the pH of the water.

Aluminum boat cleaning (or any substance from which the hull is constructed) is made easy as Chemox removes encrustations without harming the substrate.

Quad:  Powerful blend of water soluble solvents, penetrating agents, wetting agents and synthetic detergents cleans and renovates grimy industrial surfaces.  Attacks the molecular structure of soil deposits, gummy residues and imbedded grease stains, which are then emulsified for easy removal by mopping or rinsing.  Excellent asphalt degreaser.  Contains a powerful chemical inhibitor to reduce the hazard of corrosion often caused by water-based cleaners.

Coilex:  Penetrates, cleans and deodorizes condenser cooling coils in window air conditioners, roof top air conditioners, automobile radiators, ice machines, and any other machinery which utilizes chiller coils.  Dirty coils are the downfall of many air conditioning units because they make the unit work harder to produce cool air.  Coilex enhances unit efficiency by flushing away efficiency robbing particles such as soil, grease, lint, and tobacco film from chiller coils. Non-acid, non-caustic formulation does not require rinsing.  Units treated with Coilex will self-rinse with all impurities removed dripping into the condensation pan underneath the coils.

Scalzoff:  Specially formulated acid cleaner designed for the descaling of cooling towers and boilers.   Chemical inhibitors allow for use on iron or steel components (not for aluminum or galvanized).  At full strength, pH is less than one.

Lectrasol:  Maximum-efficiency degreaser cleaner dissolves grease, oil, tar, and other soils which accumulate on machinery. Designed to be used on electrical equipment while such equipment is in operation, saving expensive downtime. Non-conductive, non-flammable high-purity formulation dries fast and is residue free.  Features a powerful flush action valve. Commonly used on motors, winding, generators, and switches.  Highly effective solvent dispenser.

Vandasol:  Non-chlorinated, non-toluene, California VOC compliant vandalism mark remover  sprays on as a thick clinging gel which provides extended surface contact cleaning time. Cuts quickly through stubborn vandal marks without running. Effective on porous and non-porous surfaces. Vandal Wipes:  Vandalism mark remover in handy wipe form. 6 pails/case
