EP Grease is a semi-solid lubricant generally used where load carrying capacity, operating temperature and coefficient of friction are primary concerns. Infrequent opportunity to lubricate and difficulty with lubricating oil staying in position are also factors which favor grease application over liquid lubricant.
Lithium-based grease is one heavy equipment grease option which adheres well to metal, withstands temperatures ranging from 350° to 500°F, resists moisture, and is easily applied in aerosol form, making it as popular a choice for household applications and automotive repair shops as it is for industrial concerns.
Molybdenum Disulfide or “moly”-based greases are capable of withstanding extreme pressure, resist temperatures of up to 350°C in oxidizing environments, and continue to providing effective lubrication under loads exceeding 500,000 psi.
In some cases, the high pressure lubrication and increased viscosity of industrial grease is required in situations where non-toxic, non-oil based materials must be used. Our food-grade grease fills this need with a water-based formulation that can be used with confidence where incidental food contact may occur.
Harsh marine environments require specific formulations of industrial grease, designed to perform at a high level in various climates, where exposure moisture is unending, and corrosion is a constant threat. Lithium-based greases are effective for standard usage, whereas moly-based formulations are ideal in higher-intensity industrial applications.

Super Red Lube: Lithium-based grease sprays as a liquid to flush off old contaminated lubricants, before moving deeply into working parts, and setting up as a viscous, thick grease. Withstands temperatures up to 500°F. Highly resistant to water, acid and detergent wash, formulation also prevents formation of rust. Common uses include gears, valves, winches, conveyors, linkages, o-rings, wire rope, side bearings and hoists. Includes extension tubes for easier application to remote areas.
MG 555 All Purpose Grease: An extreme pressure, high temperature dielectric grease fortified Extra Pressure (“EP”) additive, Molybdenum Disulfide. Extra pressure or EP types of grease form a layer that prevents seizing and sticking under heavy pressure, and are generally used for oscillating and vibrating applications. Highly adhesive to metal surfaces, powerful formulation resists extreme pressures of up to 500,000 psi. Rust inhibiting grease contains inhibitors to fight corrosion; forms a barrier between protected surface and water, acids, alkalis, dust, dirt and other foreign contaminants. Used as a high performance lubricant in a wide range of machine applications; an excellent automotive grease. A popular replacement solution where temperature extremes have caused run out or excessive thickening with other greases.
Formula 6-77 Food Grade Grease: A high purity, high temperature, dielectric grease lubricant specially formulated for the food packaging and pharmaceutical industries. Contains no silicones or solvents and is NSF certified for use as a lubricant where incidental food contact may occur. Resistant to water, salt spray and detergent, formulation protects equipment against rust, oxidation, and wear. Highly adhesive properties resist throw off and shear breakdown. Commonly used in bakeries, breweries, dairies, restaurants, meat and poultry plants, and other food plants.
Lithium Marine Grease: All-weather, heavy duty, multi-purpose, lithium-based penetrating grease designed for use in marine applications. Sprays as a liquid, creeps to lubrication point like an oil, then cures to a thick, water-resistant grease. Combines advanced corrosion inhibitors with exceptional water resistance and outstanding viscosity to provide maximum protection against friction, wear, penetration of dirt and moisture, and the elements for extended life of bearings and moving parts. Heat stable to 350°F. Includes extension tubes for easier application to remote areas. Common applications include hoists, threads, slide bearings, O-rings, linkages, wire rope, valves, pumps, and winches.
Duralube: Specifically designed for difficult-to-access surfaces and heavy-duty marine applications, sprays on as a thick foam that clings to vertical surfaces; as foam breaks, lubricant penetrates into wire rope and roller chain mechanisms to deposit a Molybdenum Disulfide-based grease that withstands high pressure, extreme temperatures, salt spray, humidity and other elements. Grease will not break down, fly off or wash away with water or steam. Retains lubricating properties under heavy shock load, acidic environments and salt spray, while preventing surface oxidation, and rust corrosion. High tack formula provides active lubricant dispersion while equipment is in operation. Popularly used in shipyards and by container shipping companies on chains, booms, hoists, saws, conveyors, cables, tow lines, wire rope, cranes, winches, bearings, and rollers.
