Designed specifically for use in commercial kitchens where speed and safety are paramount concerns:
- Works exceptionally fast to remove the animal, vegetable, petroleum oils and greases to significantly cut the risk of dangerous grease fire flare-ups.
- Does not require that ovens or ranges be turned off before use- speed of cleaning power is actually “boosted” by heat up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Non-flammable, and may be used in the presence of open flames such as gas pilot lights on range tops.
- Non-toxic and may be used in the in food preparation and processing areas as long as normal care is taken to avoid spilling or spraying directly on foods.
- Free-rinsing and completely soluble in cold and hot, hard or soft water.
- Formulation contains a corrosion inhibitor which coats metals to prevent rusting where waters is frequently or carelessly used.
- Attacks odors at their source. Does not contain perfumes or butyl cellosolve, and will therefore not impart odors.
